The future of Sleep tech
Crescent health, 8sleep, Span health and Fasting
For those who know me, they know my interest in sleep science and current position working as a sleep doctor doing coaching at a fantastic start up recently rebranded as Crescent Health. We are going to be going live with our advisor Chuck Hazzard who is an expert in wearables and former VP of Sales at Oura. We will dive into what sleep data signifies, which trackers are the best and how can one make use of the data in a wearables masterclass. It’s been a pleasure working with passionate founders Jason and Josh at Crescent. I believe we are truly building something special. We are trying to build a platform that provides the best human and machine coaching and interprets all your sleep metrics to help enhance your health.
