My club the Human Behaviour Club has grown rapidly becoming the largest club on clubhouse approaching half a million followers/members. I am really grateful for the whole community for supporting our content. Today we announce our partnership with Sleep Fitness company - Eight Sleep as well as out new Sleep series. I want to be able to back the best companies in the preventive health tech space and help move the needle forward with technology adoption.
When I began my journey as ‘The Digital Doctor’ my core mission was how I can combine my interests in technology with behavioural science to optimise human health and performance. A company I always admired was Eight sleep (A company that raised over 70 million from Silicon Valley venture firms such as Khosla ventures and Founders Fund). Matteo Franceschetti the CEO of eight sleep embodies the company and all things health and human performance. Hosting him was a pleasure as we got to share our interests and helps many people answer their sleep questions. The passion for bringing sleep fitness to people is a vision that helps make this partnership stronger.

Why tech and data?
We are moving towards an era of smart consumers who want to live more fulfilled lives and want to optimise their health. The data is essential to help quantify how we are actually doing. AI and ML will enable more smart insights with our date to personalise and predict our health. Data such as sleep scores, heart rate, HRV, stages of sleep etc allow us to monitor how we are doing which further helps us become more accountable as we try and improve our health. Once we see our metrics improve that behaviour becomes reinforced and becomes a habit.
I am also excited about the launch of our new Sleep show with Eight sleep on the Human Behaviour Club on Friday’s at 4 pm EST which will enable us to educate the public on sleep topics which are often ignored.
