I am delighted to announce that I have joined Bioloop as a sleep coach. I have been heavily diving into the space for a while. Using the Oura ring, Whoop and 8sleep mattress I have been analysing my data and looking a ways to optimise sleep.

68% of Americans have developed worse sleep during the pandemic. Not only has the quality of our sleep suffered but the quantity has also decreased dramatically.

The future of health involves using data science, wearable trackers and personalised coaching to help enhance sleep.

Founders Josh and Jason are really passionate and I can see how bioloop can help solve this modern day problem of poor quality sleep. We know entrepreneurs are most vulnerable to having sleep problems and yet we need sleep to enhance our creativity and problem solving abilities. We also realise that different things work for different people and therefore bioloop helps identify behaviours which work best for you.

Doing sleep masterclasses on clubhouse, I have had many people reach out to me for sessions. I had a great experience leading a recent pilot coaching 8sleep clients and am happy to now be taking consultations on bioloop.

We are just beginning in the sleep space and I believe we can utilise adjuncts to help improve our cognitive performance. For example, research has shown that drinking a cup of coffee and then taking a short, 20-25 minute nap is a way to maximize the benefits from both the caffeine and a quick, restorative nap.

Personal Note- health stack

As I come to the end of my 20’s I recognise the increasing importance to look after myself in order to slow ageing, reduce stress and perform my best so I have turned to the experts in each area to guide me despite being knowledgable in all these area myself.
