FUTURE fit series on Human Behaviour Club
Future fit app partners with the Human Behaviour club as the NFL deal is also announced earlier this week
My club the Human Behaviour Club has grown rapidly becoming the largest club on clubhouse approaching half a million followers/members. I am really grateful for the whole community for supporting our content.
This week Clubhouse announced a partnership with the NFL and fittingly I announce a partnership with Future a company redefining the future of fitness through tech and coaching. I have been following the future team and wanting to try the future fit app for a while especially more so since I hosted VC Mamoon Hamid of Kleiner Perkins who is an investor in Future and spoke very favourably on why he thinks this will be the ultimate future of fitness. I believe the ability to democratise access to the best performance and fitness coaches in the world through technology enables access to untapped knowledge on a global scale.
As a doctor in preventative medicine and enthusiastic about technology I look forward to working with a forward thinking company like Future and a innovative CEO like Rishi Mandal who embodies the brand and has a futuristic vision for the fitness space. In terms of behaviour change we know the key to changing behaviour and maintaining progress is accountability. We know the future needs to be personalised and having elite coaches able to personalise your workouts based on inputs such as time, preferences, goals and injuries is what we wall need.

Why Exercise?
Exercise is a space that can have a lot of tribes and a range of sports that inspire different people. Obesity is a massive burden on our society and we must utilise our best resources to make the world fitter. Human physiology can be optimised in many ways accomplish many seemingly impossible feats. Tapping into the best coaches in the world help democratise access to a lot of knowledge that can help make society healthier and improve human performance. I get increasingly interested in this space as someone who plays tennis and works out regularly. Companies such as mirror and peloton have also changed the way we think about the future of connected fitness.
I am excited about the launch of our new Future fit show with Rishi and his team on the Human Behaviour Club on Thursday’s which will enable us to educate the public using the expertise of the Future elite coaches and as well as interview star athletes.
